You can also pick it up by completing God-specific quests and occasionally from the Wretched Broker in the House of Hades. Once you've given your character the first bottle of Nectar they'll offer you a keepsake as a thank-you gift. Keepsakes are the remembrances of a relationship with a particular character, grant you various advantages in combat.
